Terms & Conditions: The Ambassador Agreement

By applying to The Charmerie Ambassador Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility & Residency

  • Applicants must be legal residents of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

  • You must be 16 years or older to apply.

2. The Creative Pitch ("The Catch")

  • To be considered, you must provide a detailed creative concept (mood board, reel storyboard, or styling description) for your selected pieces.

  • The "It Girl" Standard: All content must be high-definition, aesthetically aligned with The Charmerie’s brand identity, and feature yourself or a professional model representing the "It Girl" aesthetic.

  • Low-quality, blurry, or off-brand submissions will not be considered.

3. Selection & Right of Refusal

  • Membership in the Creator Collective is not guaranteed.

  • The Charmerie reserves the right to reject any application at our sole discretion without providing specific feedback.

  • Selection is based on creative merit, alignment with brand aesthetics, and the quality of the pitch, regardless of social media following.

4. Content Deliverables & Usage Rights

  • The Exchange: In return for receiving free products ("Gifted Items"), you agree to provide the agreed-upon content (Images/Reels) within 7–14 days of receiving the items.

  • Usage Rights: By submitting content, you grant The Charmerie a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, edit, and post your content on www.thecharmerie.co, our social media channels, and in paid advertising without further compensation.

  • Credit: While we aim to tag creators whenever possible, we do not guarantee social media tags for every use of the content.

5. Reapplication Policy

  • To ensure a fresh rotation of talent, selected ambassadors may reapply for a new collaboration every 3 months after their initial content has been successfully delivered and approved.

  • Unsuccessful applicants may reapply after 30 days with a new creative concept.

6. Shipping & Returns

  • The Charmerie covers shipping costs for gifted items within the UAE.

  • Gifted items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be sold on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Dubizzle, Depop).

7. Conduct & Brand Alignment

  • We reserve the right to terminate a partnership immediately if an ambassador's public conduct or content is deemed harmful, offensive, or inconsistent with the brand’s values.
